A mixed media wall relief at The Sunshine Community Health Center near Talkeetna Alaska. The wall represents a riparian stream pool as well as acknowledges donors. The 7 different donor groups are each symbolized by seperate aquatic species in the pool and assigned a different color in which the names have been printed on and then collaged onto the shapes near the bottom of the pool. The 7 different fish species are each created from a different material. These materials include high grade plywood, aluminum, stainless steel, copper, plexi glass ,glass, silk, paper and acrylic paint. Though all of these fish were designed by the artist many were actually created by other local artists. It depicts a spawning pool commonly found in the region and the title comes from a quote from Chagall that fits the mission of the health clinic. “ Everything in art must spring from our whole life-stream…”
